Port Mouton is on the South Shore of Nova Scotia and is approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes southwest of Halifax. For guests arriving from outside of Nova Scotia, you will fly into Halifax Stanfield International Airport (YHZ).
We recommend renting a car to travel from the Halifax area to the South Shore. There are limited public transit options and ride share services like Uber are practically non-existent outside of Halifax, so this is the most convenient way to reach accommodations in and around Port Mouton — and gives you the freedom to explore on your way to and from the wedding! Complimentary parking is available at all of the accommodation options.
We will provide shuttles to and from Bull Point Estate on Friday and Saturday for wedding activities.
Nova Scotia is a popular summer vacation destination spot so we recommend reserving a rental car early.
